The App may store the following information locally on your device to operate: account email (when you sign in with XtreamTV), playlist or Xtream Codes credentials you enter, profile names, playback progress, favourites, watchlists, download and recording files, and app preferences. Credentials are stored using Android encrypted preferences where available.
When you sign in with an XtreamTV account, the App communicates with our panel API to verify your subscription, sync profile and device limits, and deliver your authorised playlist. We do not sell App usage data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs in the App.
If you connect a third-party playlist server, stream requests go directly from your device to that server. We do not receive the contents of those streams. Optional metadata lookups (for example programme artwork or titles) may contact public catalogue services using titles or identifiers derived from your playlist; those requests do not include your password.
To remove local App data, sign out in Settings, clear the App cache, or uninstall the App. To request deletion of account data held by XtreamTV, contact us using the details in this Policy.
We may amend this Privacy Policy periodically. If we do, we will update the last revised date at the bottom of this policy. We encourage you to review this Policy from time to time to stay informed about our commitment to your privacy.
